Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
- If unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to request a return. Provide your order number and return reason.
- Items should be in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
- You bear the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Custom artwork items are non-refundable unless received damaged.
Refunds
- On receipt and approval of your return, a refund is processed within 7 days. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 14 days. We'll cover its return shipping.
Restocking Fees
- Certain items incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This applies even if the return is made before the item’s receipt.
Other Points
- Our policy may change without prior notice.
- Items not meeting our policy might be declined and sent back at your expense.
- Use traceable postage for returns. We’re not accountable for non-traceable returns that don't reach us.
