Refunds & Returns Policy

Returns

  1. If unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to request a return. Provide your order number and return reason.
  2. Items should be in original condition, with all tags and packaging.
  3. You bear the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  4. Custom artwork items are non-refundable unless received damaged.

Refunds

  1. On receipt and approval of your return, a refund is processed within 7 days. Shipping costs aren’t refunded.
  2. If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 14 days. We'll cover its return shipping.

Restocking Fees

  1. Certain items incur a 10% restocking fee deducted from the refund. This applies even if the return is made before the item’s receipt.

Other Points

  1. Our policy may change without prior notice.
  2. Items not meeting our policy might be declined and sent back at your expense.
  3. Use traceable postage for returns. We’re not accountable for non-traceable returns that don't reach us.
